Mudah dan berhasil

Assalamualaikum/Good Day,

Before this i have post about saya nak kurus semula kurus. It not easy for kurus again with a few time dengan keadaan me like eat a lot of food. So, it must do it with the slowly step. It start dan berpegang with the basic diet. How many people don't know what the basic diet. Me dok belek-belek the old Remaja magazine, so i found it. Sometimes when we buy we favourite magazine we always forget all yg we read. When we read back again we feel it a new tips we should try it. So, let we check out what the basic diet and let try it.

Basic Diet / Asas Diet


-  Jangan makan sekurang-kurangnya tiga jam sebelum waktu tidur .

-  Semasa makan kamu harus fokus. Usah membiarkan fikiran kamu melayang .

-  Berpegang pada prinsip "Makan untuk hidup bukan hidup untuk makan" .

 -  Makan perlahan-lahan biarkan perut kamu merasa kenyang terlebih dahulu sebelum berfikir untuk menambahkan kuantiti .
